Administrative Committees

Pastoral Council
This group meets quarterly. The role of the Pastoral Council is to look at the total parish and assess and evaluate the needs of the parish. They look at areas of Community Development, Social Concerns, Worship, Stewardship, Christian Formation, Family Life and Evangelization. They propose future plans in these areas to the pastor. Finance Committee
The Finance Committee’s responsibility is to oversee the material assets of the Parish and make recommendations to the General Manager on the security and maintenance of these assets. The committee reviews and approves the annual budget, monitors actual results, and presents an annual report to the entire parish regarding all financial matters. Buildings & Grounds
This group oversees the care of the entire parish plant and property, recommending all maintenance and capital improvements. For more information contact Tom Henkel, general manager at 419-866-6181.
